Yoga Immersion in Mexico with Ann Dyer Cervantes
Let’s immerse ourselves in yoga. An entire week to slow down, listen closely, and rediscover the richness of your practice from the inside out. Through deep, nuanced exploration of asana, we’ll unpack poses layer by layer, using them as doorways into self-knowledge. Discover how new ways of moving can reveal old patterns, new power, and moments of pure pleasure.
We’ll stay in stylish palapas and enjoy organic, gourmet meals at Haramara Retreat Center, a jungle sanctuary overlooking the ocean. Mornings include active practice; afternoons offer restorative yoga and meditation, with free time in between to swim, receive a massage, or walk to the quaint town of Sayulita.
This retreat is for students drawn to depth, vitality, and new possibility. Expect liberating movement, generous rest, laughter, and meaningful conversation. A week to fall back in love — with yoga, your body, and your life — held by the warmth and beauty of Mexico.
