Where Souls Exhale

WHERE SOULS EXHALE

A Journey Home to Yourself at Haramara

For over 20 years, I have had the honor of guiding people into spaces where they can slow down, soften, reconnect, and remember who they truly are beneath the layers of responsibility, expectation, and all the ways they have learned to survive.

Retreats have always been my heart’s work.

I don’t believe a retreat is simply a vacation, a beautiful location, or a few days away from your normal routine. A true retreat is a doorway. It is an invitation to step outside of the noise and come back into relationship with yourself,  your body, your breath, your heart, your joy, your truth.

This is the magic of gathering.

This is the magic of Haramara.

Imagine waking to the sound of jungle birds instead of an alarm clock. Opening your eyes in an open-air cabana as the ocean breeze moves through. Feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin, the rhythm of the waves below, and the quiet whisper of nature reminding you that you belong here.

Here, life slows down.

Here, you can finally hear yourself.

For eight days, we step away from the constant pull of everyday life and enter a rhythm that feels ancient and deeply human. No WiFi. No distractions. No rushing from one thing to the next. Just space. Breath. Nature. Connection.

Each morning, we gather for intentional yoga practices designed not only to move the body, but to open the heart. Through movement, soul activating activates, reflection, and embodied awareness, we begin to listen inwardly  to the wisdom that has always been there.

Each afternoon invites spaciousness. Time to rest. Time to explore. Time to swim in the ocean, wander through jungle paths, journal in the shade, nap in a hammock, or simply do nothing  something many of us have forgotten how to do.

Each evening becomes a sacred opportunity for connection and yoga. Sharing nourishing meals beneath the stars. Laughing until your belly hurts. Having the conversations that go deeper than the surface. Sitting beside other souls who are also seeking, growing, healing, and remembering.

Because the greatest transformation doesn’t happen alone.

It happens when we are witnessed and when we are seen.

It happens when we gather in a circle and realize we are not the only ones carrying our stories, our fears, our dreams, and our longing for something more.

My retreats are not about perfection. They are not about becoming someone different. They are not about fixing yourself.

You are not a problem to solve.

You are a soul to discover.

Together, we explore the places within ourselves that are ready for more compassion, more freedom, more forgiveness, and more love. We gently turn toward the parts of ourselves we may have hidden away and create space for healing, wholeness, pleasure, and authentic expression.

This is where my heart lives as a facilitator creating a container where people feel safe enough to be real. To laugh. To cry. To share. To soften. To be messy and magnificent all at once.

I believe deeply that our bodies are portals to healing. That nature reminds us of our own wildness. That movement can become medicine. That community can be transformational. And that when we come together with intention, something sacred happens.

Over the years, I have watched strangers become family.

I have watched people arrive carrying exhaustion, stress, grief, disconnection, and the weight of who they think they are supposed to be and leave feeling lighter, more alive, more connected, and more themselves.

That is the gift of retreat.

That is the Haramara Effect.

A remembering.

A returning.

A homecoming.

Haramara is not just a place you visit. It is a place that meets you. Twelve private acres where jungle meets ocean, where stars illuminate the night sky, where the simplicity of life brings you back to what matters most.

You do not need to be an experienced yogi.

You do not need to have your life figured out.

You do not need to arrive as anything other than exactly who you are.

Come as you are.

Come ready to breathe deeper.

Come ready to reconnect.

Come ready to be held by nature, community, and the beautiful unfolding of your own soul.

This is not an escape from your life.

About the Instructor:

Meet Jamie DeLuccio

Retreat Facilitator | E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher | Shadow Work Practitioner | Astrologer | Guide for Transformation

For over two decades, Jamie DeLuccio has dedicated her life to guiding people home to themselves.

She is an experienced retreat facilitator, E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, shadow work practitioner, astrologer, and transformational guide who weaves together movement, mindfulness, self-inquiry, embodiment, and deep human connection to create experiences that are both grounding and life-changing.

Jamie’s retreats are not simply about practicing yoga in beautiful places. They are about remembering who we are beneath the layers we have accumulated ,beneath the roles we play, the expectations we carry, and the stories that have shaped us.

With over 20 years of experience teaching yoga and holding sacred spaces, Jamie has developed a unique ability to create environments where people feel safe enough to soften, open, explore, and be truly seen. Her teachings invite participants into a deeper relationship with their bodies, their emotions, their intuition, and their own inner wisdom.

Her approach is rooted in the belief that the body is a doorway to healing, that awareness creates transformation, and that when we learn to listen inwardly, we begin to uncover the truth that has always been within us.

As a shadow work practitioner, Jamie lovingly guides people into the deeper layers of themselves exploring the unconscious patterns, fears, protective mechanisms, and hidden parts that often keep us from experiencing our fullest expression. Her work is not about fixing what is broken; it is about bringing compassion and curiosity to all parts of ourselves and creating space for greater freedom, wholeness, and self-acceptance.

As an astrologer, Jamie incorporates the wisdom of the cosmos as a tool for self-discovery and personal transformation. She believes our birth charts offer a profound map of our gifts, challenges, patterns, and potential  illuminating the unique journey each soul has come here to explore.

But perhaps Jamie’s greatest gift is her ability to create community.

She understands that transformation does not happen in isolation. It happens when we are witnessed. It happens when we gather in vulnerability, authenticity, laughter, and truth. Throughout her years of facilitating retreats, Jamie has watched strangers become friends, and friends become family.

Her spaces invite people to come exactly as they are without needing to perform, achieve, or have it all figured out. They are spaces where people can laugh deeply, feel deeply, rest deeply, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that may have been forgotten.

Jamie brings a rare combination of wisdom and playfulness, depth and lightness, compassion and truth. Her retreats are infused with heartfelt teachings, soulful conversations, embodied practices, and the understanding that healing is not a destination  it is a lifelong unfolding.

She believes that nature is one of our greatest teachers, that the ocean has a way of reminding us who we are, and that stepping away from the noise of everyday life allows us to reconnect with what truly matters.

Through yoga, astrology, shadow work, meditation, and intentional community, Jamie creates retreats that are more than experiences they are invitations into transformation.

An invitation to slow down.

An invitation to soften.

An invitation to remember.

An invitation to come home to yourself.
