Peace & Practice

Mar 6, 2027 – Mar 13, 2027

A Women’s Yoga & Breathwork Retreat

Join Jenna for seven nights at Haramara in the lush coastal jungle near Sayulita, Mexico.

This thoughtful week is an invitation to step outside the buzz of everyday life and become deliberate about what you practice — in your body, your mind, and the way you meet yourself.

Through daily yoga and meditation, conscious breathwork, guided workshops and plenty of spacious time, we’ll explore practices that make room for greater presence, connection and peace. Not because a week away promises that life will always feel peaceful, but because what we practice matters.

Our days will feel unrushed: movement together as the sun rises, beautiful nourishing meals, time at the pool and beach, space to read, rest or receive a treatment, and evenings that invite us to slow down and connect.

There is also a full day set aside to explore Sayulita, enjoy the property, book a massage or swim in the sun.

This is a women’s retreat, welcoming adults of all ages, bodies and levels of yoga experience. No previous meditation or breathwork experience is necessary.

Come for meaningful practice. Come for the beautiful moments. Come for the friendships, the laughter, the ocean, and an entire week with your amazing self.

About the Instructor:

Jenna Olsthoorn is a yoga, meditation and breathwork facilitator and the creator of One Tree Wellness. She has been teaching yoga and leading retreats for 10 years.

Jenna creates experiences that balance meaningful practice with spaciousness and joy.

As a former Registered Massage Therapist of 15 years, she has a strong foundation in anatomy, movement and the human body. This understanding naturally informs the way she teaches — with thoughtful sequencing, attention to individual bodies, and an emphasis on moving with awareness rather than striving for a particular shape or outcome.

Her retreats weave together yoga, meditation, conscious breathwork and guided self-inquiry while leaving plenty of room for the other parts of retreat life that matter: rest, laughter, friendship, beautiful food, swimming in the ocean and enjoying who you are.

Jenna believes that what we practice matters. Rather than promising that practice will make life endlessly peaceful, she invites students to become curious about what they are rehearsing — and to create more space for qualities like presence, ease and peace to be practiced too.

As a mother and longtime practitioner herself, Jenna understands that taking a week away is a meaningful investment of time, energy and resources. Her retreats are thoughtfully guided and intentionally personal, with the hope that every woman feels welcomed, supported and very much a part of the experience.
