During the first week of January Daniela will be guiding and sharing Yoga tools and practices to gently guide you out of stress mode and into a state of calm, clarity, and balance: not through force, but through understanding, practice, and presence.
In the natural beauty of Mexico jungle away from constant noise and daily to-dos, you’ll rediscover what it means to slow down… without guilt, without pressure, without needing to be anything other than human.
