The Fire That Remembers Her
Join us for a nourishing 7-day yoga, breathwork, and transformation retreat at the Haramara Retreat Center on Mexico’s Pacific coast. This experience is designed for women who are ready to release what no longer serves them, reconnect with their authentic selves, and be supported by a powerful community of like-hearted women.
Packages include:
Throughout the week, you’ll enjoy:
~Daily yoga practices ranging from energizing Vinyasa flows to deeply restorative sessions designed to help you soften, receive, and reconnect with your body.
~Guided chakra meditation and Yoga Nidra practices that support nervous system regulation, rest, and deep integration.
~30-minute sunrise meditations overlooking the ocean and jungle, creating space for clarity, stillness, and self-reflection.
~3 delicious chef-prepared meals a day, featuring fresh, nourishing, pescatarian-friendly cuisine.
~An ecstatic dance party
~Opening and closing fire ceremonies on the beach, including intention setting, reflection, and conscious release rituals.
~A heart-opening cacao ritual and bonfire gathering under the stars.
~Connection with a supportive circle of women walking their own path of transformation alongside you.
~Several evening breathwork journeys focused on:
• Releasing old stories and limiting beliefs
• Reclaiming lost parts of yourself
• Cultivating self-trust and inner wisdom
• Embodying your truth with greater confidence and authenticity
In addition to leading all your daily yoga classes, Brandy is including an Inversions & Arm Balances Workshop within your package, so you can explore courage, trust, and joy through movement. Victoria is also offering 1:1 breathwork sessions, scheduled at your convenience during free time, for personalized support and deeper exploration of your unique healing journey.
~During your free time each day, you can also:
• Relax on Haramara’s beaches
• Swim in the ocean
• Explore the surrounding jungle
• Enjoy the nearby town, Sayulita, and other off-site activities
• Book spa treatments
• Rest in a hammock
• Journal, reflect, and simply be
On Wednesday, you’ll have the option to join in a traditional Temazcal (sweat lodge) ceremony for $50 per person, often described as a symbolic rebirth and an opportunity to release old identities, fears, grief, and expectations.
This retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your inner fire, and remember the woman beneath the roles, expectations, and stories you’ve been carrying.
All activities and classes are simply suggestions; we highly recommend listening to your body and participating in what feels aligned with you!
Upon returning home, you’ll feel lighter, clearer, more grounded, and more deeply connected to yourself than you’ve felt in years.
