Engage your mind, body and soul on a relaxed Sol Medicine yoga retreat in the tropical jungle ocean paradise of Haramara “Mother of the Sea”, in the breathtaking Riviera Nayarit of Sayulita, Mexico. This unplugged retreat is an opportunity to slow down and connect with yourself and the natural beauty of Mexico. This is time for YOU – a time of self-discovery and integration of emotional, physical, mental and soul well-being through yoga, movement, meditation, connection and nature. 
 
This retreat aims to replenish your soul and offer a unique yoga experience for each participant, tailored to their level, motivated by the principles and spirit of yoga. Each day we will gather for morning meditation and flow yoga to awaken our body and mind and celebrate gratitude for the day.  The afternoon practice will help us to restore and nourish our connection with one’s self. Small group workshops will be offered for an additional fee to introduce and broaden knowledge of advanced asanas, awareness practices, and energy therapy. 
 
Over the course of this week-long yoga vacation you will have ample free time to luxuriate in the beautiful retreat grounds, the amazing saltwater infinity pool and hot tub.  Enjoy the healing ocean waters and private beaches. Rest, restore, and deeply connect with new and old friends. Savor delicious gourmet meals, explore the local area, heal, learn, and celebrate YOU! 

Packages include:

  • Accommodations: 7-night accommodations in private, beautiful, open-air cabanas free of electricity and internet.  Private baths with luxurious open-air showers.  Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean and jungle
  • Meals: 3-delicious gourmet meals per day locally crafted and artistically presented (organic, vegetarian, and fresh seafood options) in an open-air dining room overlooking the ocean
  • 2 Daily Yoga Sessions: All-levels morning and afternoon daily asana and meditation in open-air yoga shalas
  • Sound Bath: One evening sound healing
  • Closing Bonfire Ceremony: Beach Bonfire and closing ceremony
  • Resort Amenities: Access to private beach, saltwater infinity pool and hot tub
