Join us for seven magical nights for daily yoga and devotion to awaken and nourish your body, mind and soul. Each day’s devotional practice will be curated based upon the elements: earth (grounding, connection, nourishment) for the body, water (purification, replenishment) hydration for our joints + motion, fire (transformation, alchemy, ignition) for our spirit, and air (purification, clarity) for our breath + connection to the Divine. All food have so much mindful intention poured into them to deeply nourish you. You will cozy up and receive great rest in your private or shared cabana. The cabanas have no electricity and are open-aired surrounded by the jungle, allowing the land, water, sun, and wind to be the medicine. Every night, you will go to bed with candles and oil lamps to best serve the natural rhythms of your nervous system, so you can get the most restful and deep sleep. Haramara is very close to the fun, lively surf town, Sayulita. There will be opportunities to get out, explore and have free time.

About the Instructor:
Based out of Aspen, Colorado – Shael Morgan is a ceremonialist, medicine woman, certified yoga and meditation teacher and gourmet chef. She is passionate about living her best life and taking advantage of every present moment and all the beauty, magic and miracle this world and life have to offer.
Shael intimately knows and embodies what it takes to heal our hearts and shed all that is holding us back from fully embodying our power and serving our souls purpose in this lifetime. She is devoted to her knowing ~ that she is here to serve and hold space in service of the evolution of humanity and the awakening of the divine Feminine.
For the past couple of years, Shael has been studying with Puma Fredy Quispe Singona – learning about Peruvian healing practices & sacred ceremonial service. She has also studied online with world renown herbalist, Adriana Ayales, about cosmic herbalism, Adriana is the founder of Amina Mundi Apothecary. Shael has worked with high Priestest, Elayne Kalia Dougherty – learning about the Magdalene journey of Divine Feminine embodiment. She has also been in sacred ceremony and studying in-person and online with Dr. Ali Maya and Lindsey Wise embodying the path of voice activation, love, prayer & psychedelic and non psychedelic plant medicines.
She uses the highest quality and most potent essential oils, flower essences, herbs, food, elixirs, yoga and mediation to allow her body to come into balance, harmony and oneness with the vibration of the earth.
