Rosemary Garrison’s 15th Annual Haramara Retreat
2025 marks our 15th year at beloved Haramara! Join us as we immerse ourselves in the warmth of the sun, the serenity of the ocean, the sweet freshness of the coastal air… and the transformational powers of vinyasa yoga. There will be yoga practice twice daily with a strong Ashtanga foundation, meditation and pranayama every morning, an exploration of the roots and philosophy behind the physical yoga practice, three nutritious meals a day, and ample open time to plunge into the ocean… stroll into town.. and renew your spirits.
Haramara Retreat Center is one of Mexico’s sacred places… simply being there allows for deep renewal and peace. Designed with respect for the natural surroundings, each cabana is nestled into a beautiful hillside and the Yoga Pavilions are open air, with breathtaking views of the ocean. The chef-prepared food is delicious and nourishing.. and the entire site is surrounded by abundant wildlife and warm, nurturing energy. Come and enjoy this remarkable opportunity to retreat, shed a layer, tune inwards, and replenish with the yoga practice and great community.
Rosemary’s annual Haramara Retreat has become a spring pilgrimage for many of her students as well as new participants from all over the world. All are welcome!

- Quad: $3,100 after February 15th, 2025

- Double: $3,500 after February 15th, 2025
- Single: $5,000 after February 15th, 2025
A non-refundable deposit of $575 is required with your application to hold your place. Payment in full must be received by February 15th, 2025. In the event of cancellation your entire payment will be refunded less the $575 deposit if the cancellation is made before February 15th. Please note that payments are non-refundable after this date. Airfare and airport or other transportation to/from retreat are not included in retreat pricing.

About the Instructor:
Rosemary teaches a strong, compassionate Vinyasa Flow class. She emphasizes the breath, intention, mindful alignment… and ultimately, the cultivation of energy and awareness. It is her experience and belief that a consistent practice offers the practitioner a pathway to their own divine, radiant nature.
Rosemary began her study of Yoga in 1997 in the traditional Ashtanga style with her beloved teacher, Tim Miller. She then went on to study Vinyasa with many remarkable instructors (Shiva Rea, Dharma Mittra and others). She is grateful for both her foundation in the rigorous discipline of Ashtanga as well as the creative, adaptive nature of Vinyasa Flow.
A lifelong explorer of the inner realms, Rosemary has also practiced Vipassana and Zen Meditation and is an ongoing student of the Diamond Approach, a school of depth psychology and eastern mysticism. Off the mat, she lives her practice playing in the wilds,
finding joy with friends, tending bees with her partner… and watching the light change.
With annual retreats, workshops and teacher trainings throughout California, Mexico and internationally, Rosemary welcomes students from far and wide… inviting beginners and advanced practitioners alike to the transformational power of the journey.
