Join Sarah Kurtz and her soul sister Michelle Benikov for a transformational week at the stunning Haramara Retreat Center in Sayulita, Mexico, from October 31 – November 7. With a combined 40 years of teaching experience, Michelle and Sarah offer a depth of wisdom, playfulness, and presence that creates a truly special container for growth, exploration, and connection.

Each day will include two thoughtfully curated yoga classes, blending inspiring movement, mindful breath, and embodied awareness to meet you exactly where you are. Between practices, you’ll enjoy nourishing gourmet meals, time to relax and restore in nature, and plenty of space for meaningful connection, laughter, and fun. Haramara’s breathtaking setting is just a short walk to the magical town of Sayulita, where you can explore colorful shops, savor local cuisine, or catch a wave in the Pacific.

This retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise of daily life and return to what matters most — movement that feels good, community that feels like home, and moments that fill your soul. Come as you are and leave feeling energized, inspired, and deeply connected.
