Nourishing the Soul through Ahimsa; A Transformational Yoga Retreat
Our intention is to cultivate a deep sense of sangha where we can feel held by the group, the earth, and open to our innate kindness, compassion and love for ourselves and all beings (Ahimsa).
To show up with true Ahimsa, we must nourish ourselves by taking pause to recalibrate our souls and rest. From this deeper place of restoration, we can more easily receive knowledge and wisdom, coming from a place of nourishment and joy.
We will explore the deeper meaning of Ahimsa through the wisdom of the Yoga Sutra, focusing on the Four Attitudes that are essential for a clear, tranquil mind and how to actively cultivate vitality, happiness, and well-bring, no matter what is going on in the outer world.
