Iyengar yoga “has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of yoga postures (asanas). The style often makes use of props, such as belts, blocks, and blankets, as aids in performing the asanas. The props enable beginning students, the elderly, or those with physical limitations to perform the asanas correctly, minimizing the risk of injury or strain.”

In the event of cancellation, if made before 12/15/2023, your $500.00 deposit is refundable; if between 12/16/2023 and 1/15/2024, your entire payment will be refunded less $500.00; after 1/15/2024 payments are non-refundable. Jacqueline will coordinate any cancellation substitutions.
