About the Instructors:

Audrey Lane

I took my first training in 2011 in New York City and have since worked with a huge variety of teachers and movement modalities. I am a Forrest Yoga Guardian-In-Training mentor teacher and E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance certified. I draw from my Forrest Yoga background and my experience in vinyasa yoga, dance, yoga bodywork, and anatomy to bring a depth of knowledge to my teaching. I have completed extensive training in multiple styles of movement and have also assisted Ana Forrest in workshops and trainings. I have a huge reverence for all my teachers and I am inspired by everyone I get to share space with. I believe in doing and teaching what works and respecting the inner authority of students to decide what works for them. @audreylaneyoga

Juliana Sáenz

I am Founder and Director of Mukti Yoga. The first Mexican Guardian Teacher in Training (mentor teacher) of Forrest Yoga. I am also E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance certified. I began my yoga practice in 2000 and 10 years later I became certified as a teacher and founded Mukti Yoga. Since that moment I share everything I have learned from my personal experience and practice to heal, transform and help my students create positive changes in their lives. My classes are dynamic, fun and with a lot of emphasis on breathing as a tool for healing. After 12 years of experience as a yoga teacher, I have created Mukti Yoga 200 hrs Teacher Training, helping people take a journey of introspection, healing recent and past wounds; rebuilding their life into new possibilities. @julianasaenzyoga
