Yoga with Paola

Ring in 2026 with a week (or two!) of yoga, sun, sand and culture at Haramara Retreat Center.  Twice daily yoga classes include pranayama, meditation and Ayurveda.  Morning classes are centered around alignment and breath.  Afternoon classes are restorative and build on the concepts of the week.  Philosophy is imbued into every class.

All levels of practitioner from novice to experienced are welcome to attend.

Plenty of time during the day to rest, explore the beaches and town, or enjoy a spa experience.

About the Instructor:

Paola has been leading yearly retreats to Haramara and abroad since 2006.  The joy of seeing participants transform during a week-long retreat keeps her coming back.  With a Master’s degree in Biomechanics, extensive training in Yoga Therapy through the lineage of TKV Desikachar, and training in corrective massage, Paola opened Bozeman Center for the Healing Arts, Inc in 1997.  Since then, her business-which specializes in injury rehabilitation and prevention- has flourished.

In February of 2025, Paola added a Master’s degree in Ayurveda to her arsenal of tools to help folks heal from, and prevent, illnesses.

When not in the studio teaching and seeing clients, Paola can be found in her extensive flower and vegetable garden, in the mountains playing……or on occasion by the ocean on a surfboard.  She is at home in Bozeman, Montana with her partner and two cats.
