This 6 day retreat integrates ancient Āyurvedic medicine practices to provide you with essential tools to establish rhythm, connection, clarity, and peace. Learn how to weave Āyurveda in to your yoga practice and every day life to support overall balance and wellbeing.

Double ($2,270 USD) – 6-night stay in double occupancy cabana. 

Single ($3,092 USD) – 6-night stay in single occupancy cabana with King bed.

About the Instructors:

Lindsay Cameron

Lindsay shares Yoga and Āyurveda from her heart. For the past 13 years she has been a dedicated student to the Vedic Arts, completing over 4,000 hours of training in this field. Her deepest passion is being a dedicated student to the Sacred teachings of Yoga. She finds great joy in studying, practicing, and sharing the healing arts. Lindsay received her Āyurvedic training through Vasant Lad at the Āyurvedic Institute, and also studied at Kripalu. She is a NAMA certified Āyurvedic practitioner, 500hr E-RYT, RYS (Registered Yoga School) and Licensed Massage Therapist. Some of Lindsay’s favourite day to day activities include; barefoot nature walks with her boys, reading spiritual texts, traveling, and engaging in inspiring conversations with family, friends, and clients.

Dawn Gibson

Dawn is an Āyurvedic Practitioner and certified 200-Hour yoga teacher. She studied under Dr. Vasant Lad at the Āyurvedic Institute and is nearing completion of her Āyurvedic Doctor program. She holds over 3000 hours of training in Āyurveda & Yoga.

Alongside Āyurveda, Dawn’s background includes studies in Western herbal medicine, as well as a diploma in photojournalism. She weaves her education into creative expression by writing articles for The Northwest School of Aromatic Medicine. Dawn’s path has also led her to work at a youth drop-in center, where she learned the value of presence, compassion and play.
