Our home for the week will be Haramara Retreat, an intimate seaside yoga resort on the breathtaking coastal Riviera Nayarit, near the fishing village and surfing town of Sayulita, Mexico. Haramara Retreat is situated above the Pacific Ocean on 12 private acres of tropical jungle. Spread across a private beach, and connected by a network of private trails, there are 18 unique individual casitas including a beautiful ample dorm, two yoga shalas, an open air dining room, a large comfortable terrace and a saltwater infinity pool. We will be sharing the property with one other group.

NOTE: There is minimal cell phone reception/coverage at the top of the property, depending on your provider so access to signal is limited. This lends to an opportunity to digitally detox from technology in a pure and natural setting so you can recharge body, mind and spirit. The Casitas have no electricity but lanterns are provided. You can charge devices in the dining room.
Aside from daily yoga,meditation, pranayama, and journaling, there is a gorgeous private beach to enjoy. The town of Sayulita is a 20 minute walk from Haramara Retreat. Sayulita is known for its surfing, shopping, Bohemian vibe, beaches, colorful streets and Mexican culture. There will be ample time to relax, to reconnect with yourself, to enjoy the abundance of natural beauty, swim in the ocean, sit on the beach, rest deeply and absorb all the good energy of this gorgeous and stunning setting.

50% non-refundable* deposit is due upon registration – $500 via check or cash. A payment plan can begin the month after your deposit. Final payment due no later than August 31, 2025.
*Haramara has a very strict cancellation policy in place to help protect both their staff and business. Therefore I must follow suit to protect my 50% deposit I’ve given them. You will forfeit ALL money rendered, unless I can replace your spot. I cannot offer any refunds 90 days prior to the retreat. This cancellation policy is strict and firm. I recommend that you purchase travel insurance on your retreat and airfare to protect your investment.

About the Instructor:
Lisa’s teaching style is deeply rooted in alignment based principles blending classical yoga and meditation practices with contemporary exercise science and fitness methods to establish optimal health, wellness, fitness and spiritual awareness. Her classes are a playful mix of dynamic vinyasa flow integrating alignment, core work, breathing techniques as well as basic entry level poses.
Lisa encourages students to find the balance between ease and effort, strength and surrender in each sequence. Lisa teaches that yoga is more than poses, it’s a mindset helping us navigate the highs and lows of the daily grind. It’s good for our mental health and wellness and helps us navigate the complexity of the human condition.
