Jan 21, 2023 – Jan 29, 2023

Relax, rejuvenate, and build strength in a breathtaking eco-resort nestled in a lush landscape near Sayulita, Mexico. This seven-day retreat gives you a beautiful place to connect with nature as you reconnect with yourself through movement and breath, effort and relaxation, playtime and journaling. Yoga instructor Kate Harding provides loads of support and encouragement for beginner, experienced and senior yogis alike. Men and women in midlife and beyond find her vinyasa-based yoga accessible, fun, challenging and welcoming. Many first-time yogis have become faithful practitioners with her guidance, while experienced yogis find plenty of challenge and opportunity to deepen their practice. With a focus on self-care and self-awareness, Kate meets you exactly where you are, and helps you move forward one breath at a time. There will be plenty of free time for you to explore the beach, go whale-watching, take SUP lessons, visit the quaint town of Sayulita, unwind by the pool, or simply laze in a hammock after a relaxing spa treatment. The Haramara Resort is truly eco-friendly: meals are made with fresh, local and organic ingredients, and most rooms have no electricity, are lit by oil lamps, have open-air showers, and allow you the true luxury of living in harmony with nature. About the Instructors:

Kate Harding (RYT 200 and RYT 500 in progress) has been deepening her practice of yoga for more than 20 years, and shares her love for the practice in her classes and retreats. Her goal is to provide a challenge that is accessible to everybody – young or not-so-young, experienced in yoga or new to the practice. Her approach is filled with love, laughter, compassion and encouragement. She believes our path to self-knowledge runs through our bodies, and that yoga helps us tap into our own inner wisdom.

Kate has learned from many expert teachers, including Mark Stephens, Judith Hanson Lasater, Doron Hanoch, and Janice Gates. She melds this experience into her own unique supportive style, where movement is tied to breath and effort is balanced with ease. Both experienced and new yogis find she gives them the challenge and the support they need to deeply enjoy the practice.
