During this wellness retreat you will have the opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, and replenish your inner resources through daily movement and mindful practices. Each day includes two training sessions — a balanced combination of fitness, yoga, Pilates, and meditative practices designed to support strength, mobility, nervous system regulation, and inner clarity. Here you can relax in a peaceful environment, surrounded by nature, while allowing the body and mind to detox from external noise. You may choose to deepen your practice and learn new skills, or simply rest, reflect, receive nourishing treatments such as massage, and enjoy delicious, wholesome food. This retreat is created to gently restore your energy, balance your nervous system, and help you feel strong, grounded, and inspired from within.It is a perfect place to reset, reconnect, and return home to yourself.

Each day of the retreat includes two thoughtfully designed training sessions that combine fitness, yoga, and Pilates to develop strength, flexibility, and graceful movement. Morning sessions are focused on energizing the body, awakening vitality, and expanding breath capacity, while evening sessions are more restorative — helping the nervous system unwind and release accumulated tension. These practices are complemented by guided meditation and mindfulness rituals that quiet the mind, build inner presence, and reconnect you to a deeper sense of balance and wellbeing. Together, this creates a holistic daily rhythm that nourishes both the body and the inner world.

About the Instructors:

Julia Olev

Julia is a certified personal fitness trainer with more than 13 years of international experience. She specializes in functional training, mobility work, and corrective movement, helping her students build strong, elegant, and resilient bodies.

She is a fitness nutrition specialist, founder of the Back2Fit programs, and has participated in large-scale conventions such as IHRSA (USA) and FIBO (Germany), as well as the Sochi Olympic fitness project in collaboration with the Olympic Committee and World Class. With over 5,000 personal training sessions annually and more than 10,000 happy clients, Iuliia brings both expertise and powerful motivational energy into every class.

Ola Avedissian

Ola has been teaching yoga and movement since 2012 and brings over 1,000 hours of professional training in yoga, Pilates and restorative practices. Her teaching combines mindful strength, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to help students feel grounded, energized, and deeply connected to their bodies.

She is certified in Anusara, Power, Restorative Yoga, Barre, Sculpt, and Pilates, and also holds an NCSF Personal Training certification. Olya believes that practice is a pathway to emotional clarity and inner transformation, and her warm, intuitive approach creates a safe space for expansion and self-discovery.
