Rooted Connection ~ A Revitalizing Retreat for Couples
“Connection is the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.” Brene Brown
Join us this Spring for a tropical escape designed to rekindle and recharge your relationship. Rooted in the wisdom of neuroscience and attachment theory, presented with a touch of humor and magic, this retreat is open to all couples who wish to deepen their connections and strengthen their bonds. We are overjoyed to host this retreat at Haramara, where the tranquil and nurturing surroundings provide the perfect backdrop for this transformative experience.
We believe in the rejuvenating power of taking time to retreat. Every relationship benefits from thoughtful attention, and dedicating time to nurture your primary connection can infuse new energy into every area of your life. This retreat is ideal for couples who want to reconnect or deepen their bond. We’ll offer you the tools for meaningful conversations and shared experiences that matter. If you’re looking for a party or if your relationship is in crisis, this retreat may not be the best fit.
Our days will be beautifully framed with two yoga classes, and we are delighted to have Liz Suchinda as our resident yoga instructor. Liz will guide you through practices that are accessible for both beginners and seasoned yogis. Mornings will start with a vigorous flow class to energize you for the day, while our evening sessions will offer a slower, more reflective practice, both designed to nurture your connection as a couple.
The retreat invites you to create a personalized experience with a variety of options, allowing you to savor every moment together as a couple. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in expert-led workshops focused on deepening communication, intimacy, and enriching your relationship. Enjoy peaceful moments with guided relaxation, time in nature, and soothing mindfulness practices. Relish the taste of nutritious, locally sourced cuisine that nourishes both your body and mind. As a special highlight, experience a private, guided plant-medicine ceremony designed to further strengthen your bond.
Give your relationship the gift of a beautiful experience in paradise. We can’t wait to welcome you! Spaces are very limited, so book your spot now.
