Immerse yourself in a transformative, intensive retreat at Haramara Retreat Center in Sayulita, Mexico, where the power of intention becomes the guiding force in aligning with your truest self. This retreat is designed for those ready to dive deep into the teachings and practices of yoga, embracing a full immersion in meditation, breathwork, advanced asana, yogic philosophy, and self-inquiry.
Led by Morgan O’Hare and Carter Miles, this retreat is a sacred space for self-discovery and personal transformation. Through deep study, meaningful reflection, and a supportive community, you will be guided toward becoming the person you are meant to be—living with greater purpose, clarity, and presence in the here and now.
Yoga & Programming: Each day, we will engage in intensive study and practice, exploring how intention influences our thoughts, actions, and energy. This retreat is designed for those seeking more than just relaxation—it’s an opportunity to commit to your practice, deepen your understanding, and cultivate meaningful transformation. Our programming includes:
- Morning Dynamic Vinyasa Flow infused with breathwork, meditation, and intention-setting (90 minutes) with hands-on assists throughout.
- Afternoon Workshops (3:00 – 6:00 PM) focused on specific areas of study:
- Partner Yoga & Assist Workshop (Backbends & Inversions)
- Functional Breathwork & Nervous System Regulation
- Yin & Deep Release Masterclass
- Alignment Refinement Clinic
- Psychedelic Breathwork Journey (Second-to-last evening, 5:00 – 7:00 PM)
- Temazcal Ceremony
- Closing Ceremony
- Self-inquiry, journaling prompts, and group discussions to deepen personal exploration.
- Space for silent reflection and deep inner work.
This retreat welcomes all levels of practitioners who are ready to dive deeper into yoga beyond the physical practice.
Nourishment: All meals at Haramara Retreat Center are organic, locally sourced, and nourishing, designed to support deep practice and well-being. Meals will be plant-forward, seasonal, and vibrant, with fresh tropical fruit, homemade tortillas, and authentic Mexican flavors. The restaurant offers creative, gourmet meals with fresh, never-frozen ingredients, including seafood caught that morning. Dietary needs can be accommodated.
Activities & Free Time: While this retreat is intensive, there is also space to simply be—to step away from the busyness of life and sink into presence. During free time, you may choose to:
- Relax on the private beach
- Lounge by the infinity-edge pool
- Receive a massage or holistic healing session at the world-class beachside spa
- Explore Sayulita’s vibrant town, artisan markets, and cafés
- Hike through the jungle and take in the natural beauty
This retreat is structured to allow intentional space for both deep practice and integration.

Day 1: Arrival & Opening Circle
- Check-in and settle into your space
- Opening Cacao Ceremony & Yoga Practice (Co-taught by Morgan & Carter)
- Welcome dinner & group connection
Days 2-7: Daily Flow
- 6:00 AM Coffee, tea, & light breakfast
- 6:30 AM Sunrise meditation, breathwork, and dynamic vinyasa yoga (with hands-on assists)
- 9:00 AM Nourishing brunch
- 12:00 – 3:00 PM Free time (beach, pool, spa, town exploration)
- 3:00 – 6:00 PM Afternoon Workshop
- 7:00 PM Dinner & evening connection
Day 7 (Special Events):
- 5:00 – 7:00 PM Psychedelic Breathwork Journey & Temazcal Ceremony (No afternoon workshop this day)
Day 8: Integration & Departure

- Single Occupancy Casita (private): $3,600 per person
- Double Occupancy Casita (2 beds): $3,000 per person
- Triple Occupancy Casita (3 beds): $2,700 per person
- Dormitory (8-person shared, mixed gender): $2,400 per person
All casitas are standalone accommodations with private bathrooms.
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due by April 1, 2025.

With over a decade of experience, she holds a 500 E-RYT certification and has led numerous retreats, workshops, and classes that emphasize the transformative power of yoga. Morgan’s teaching style integrates traditional practices with modern insights, creating a nurturing environment for students to explore their inner landscapes. As the founder and owner of Present Practice Yoga and co-founder of hOM in Austin, Texas, she has cultivated vibrant communities centered around mindfulness and intentional living. Carter Miles is a seasoned yoga and breathwork instructor renowned for his ability to blend traditional yogic practices with contemporary movement and mindfulness techniques.
