Dear Soulful Seekers,
I am thrilled to invite you to Journey to Wholeness, a transformative yoga retreat designed to help you connect deeply with yourself, others, and the exquisite nature surrounding us. During this retreat, we will gather in the peaceful embrace of Sayulita, where each day begins and ends with yoga, creating a rhythm that nurtures your body, mind, and spirit.
Our journey together will be rich with experiences that cultivate Self Love, Self Acceptance, Self Compassion, and Self Forgiveness. Through a variety of practices, including shadow work, intuitive guidance, and deep connection exercises, you will be gently guided to meet your true self and see your reflection in the beauty of those around you.
Beyond the structured activities, you will have ample downtime to relax and rejuvenate. Whether you choose to unwind by the saltwater infinity pool, explore the charming town of Sayulita, swim at our private beach, or simply bask in the sun with a good book, this retreat offers the perfect balance of activity and rest.
The food is absolutely delicious, nourishing both body and soul with three meals a day, and when you leave this retreat, you won’t just leave with memories—you’ll leave with a new tribe, a family who has walked this path with you.
As your guide, I bring my experience as a shadow work practitioner, yoga teacher, coach, and astrologer, using my intuition to weave our journey together. I look forward to sharing this sacred space with you.

Cancellation Policy: Initial Deposits are non-refundable unless you find a replacement. Remaining fees are fully refundable 90 days in advance. Cancellations 90 to 45 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund of fees above the deposit. All fees are non-refundable 44 days before the start of the event. We will make exceptions if you find someone to fill your spot, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Her approach is a unique blend of playfulness and depth, making her classes both lighthearted and transformative. In addition to yoga, Jamie is an accomplished astrologer, coach, and shadow work practitioner, all of which she integrates into her work to help people forge deep, authentic connections with themselves and others.
