Inner World Immersion – A Transformational Yoga Retreat
Magic happens on the retreats we hold that is difficult to capture in words. We grow, transform, and reconnect with our purpose and the divine within. We open our hearts and minds to an inner sense of joy and contentment. We can then be a light onto the world at a time when the world most needs it!
Our intention is to strengthen our inner sense of calm, tranquility and joy, no matter what’s going on in the outer world. Just one week of peace and quiet in this sacred place can help break old patterns of stress, anxiety, and imbalance. You will feel held by the group, the earth, and open to the inner world that offers a sanctuary of well-being and joy. Yoga and meditation will be deep, rich, and transformative. You will return home deeply nourished, inspired and revitalized, ready to rise to your highest self.
