Deeply Nourished: A Yoga and Ayurveda Retreat
A Week of Deep Nourishment
In Sanskrit, Pushti means deep nourishment of body, mind, and spirit. Over seven days, we will tend to our inner fire (agni) with movement, meditation, and wholesome food, rebuild our life force (prana) with rest, time in nature, and reconnect with our innate wisdom.
Each day offers a blend of active and restorative practices, discussions on the timeless wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda, and time to savor the beauty of Sayulita’s oceanfront setting. You’ll have space to slow down, breathe deeply, and discover the clarity that comes when you return to your own natural rhythm.

About the Instructor:
I am an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher and certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor with over a decade of experience sharing the healing practices of yoga and Ayurveda.
My teaching is rooted in the Sri Vidya lineage of Tantric Yoga, a tradition that honors the path of the householder—the seeker who remains engaged in the world, rather than retreating from it. What I love about this path is its relevance to our modern lives. Tantra offers practical tools to help us show up fully: embodied, clear, and connected to a deeper purpose.
