As a highlight of your journey, experience a traditional sweat lodge ceremony, also known as Temazcal. Helena McLoughlin
Helena is a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher who believes in the transformative power of movement, breath, and self-inquiry . With a teaching style that blends strength, fluidity, and mindfulness, she encourages students to explore their edges, deepen their awareness, and cultivate resilience.
Beyond the physical practice, Helena is deeply invested in fostering genuine connection and community. She believes that yoga is not just about individual transformation but also about showing up for one another, sharing energy, and creating space for collective growth.
As the owner of Crave Yoga in Mountain View, California Helena has built a welcoming and supportive community, inviting students to show up authentically, both and on and off the mat.
Misha Krepon
Misha approaches yoga with a playful attitude while still honoring the profound and ancient wisdom of the practice. At the heart of her classes is a conscious focus on breath and body awareness combined with a flow of poses designed to bring about calmness, clarity, strength, flexibility, balance and a deeper sense of wellbeing.
Misha has been practicing yoga for over thirty years and teaching for the last fifteen. Her grounded and intuitive approach creates a space where everyone feels welcome and encouraged to practice in a way that feels right to them, honoring where they are in that moment. Misha ends every class with a deeply relaxing final rest and hopes that everyone leaves feeling a little lighter and kinder than when they came in.
