Come Back to Being
Step away from the noise and return to your natural rhythm. This retreat is an invitation to Come Back to Being—to leave behind the rush of everyday life and reconnect with what it means to be fully human. Not a human doing, but a human being.
You’ll spend the week moving in open-air jungle shalas, resting in oceanview casitas, swimming in the infinity pool, and enjoying gourmet meals made with local, organic ingredients. Each casita offers privacy, a breathtaking view, and the rare gift of disconnection, no WiFi, no electricity, just oil-lamp evenings, moonlight, and the sound of the waves to lull you to sleep.
This is your space to slow down, breathe deeper, and drop into the kind of presence that’s hard to find in everyday life. A full-body reset in one of the most magical places on Earth.
Packages include:
- 8 days & 7 nights stay in in beautiful, naturally constructed casitas with private bathrooms
- Daily yoga & meditation practices overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Mornings will focus on active vinyasa, evening will be a time to slow down the practice with yin yoga, restorative yoga and meditation

About the Instructors:
Sara Chaplin
Owner and Founder Sara Chaplin’s journey into yoga began soon after college, and it immediately resonated with her. The practice fulfilled a deep longing, providing a supportive haven to release tension, alleviate stress, and reconnect with her authentic self. Since 2004, Sara has immersed herself in an ongoing exploration of both the physical and philosophical dimensions of yoga. On the mat, Sara brings a delightful mix of lightheartedness and playfulness, creating a welcoming space for practitioners to relax and embrace the present moment. As an eager learner, she approaches each class with curiosity, always seeking new insights and personal growth.
Alina Hokanson
Alina began her journey with yoga in 2007 and has been teaching yoga since 2010. She creates a nurturing and supportive environment in her classes. Alina’s classes are melodic, inspiring and accessible. She thinks that when one can come into a space where they think less and feel more that clarity is amplified not only on the mat but in everyday life. Alina grew up in Colorado where the mountains continue to be her playground. She has a strong passion for travel and exploration. For her, there is so much inspiration to be drawn from the rhythms of nature. She is a forever student, not only of yoga but of life.
