Anne B Yoga Sayulita Retreat

Nov 1 – 8, 2025

Going away and practicing yoga is a wonderful experience. Is this for you?

A retreat means to remove ourselves from our regular lives; we create an environment within which we can become more present in what we do; observing our habits and patterns and the way we conduct ourselves personally & with the others.

Yoga is a practice of observation, transformation and presence; when away from our daily routines & the demands from all the different roles we play in regular life; we become more attuned to ourselves; we can notice our attachments & habits and how they may be stopping us from moving forward  or from seeing what’s real in front of us.

A retreat is a complete immersion in living and experiencing the depth of the yoga ; outside distractions & stimulations are minimized. You tune in with the practice; its demands, the attention and the caring skills it requires. We also sync in the flow of living with a group for a week. If you are unsure if this is for you, contact me.
Also note, the retreat is not working remotely; organize your time off so that your professional life can wait a week. I understand that sometimes this may be out of your control, but do your best so that you get the maximum benefits of the retreat.

And last a retreat is a financial commitment and an investment in your well-being. No one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling, but unexpected life events or illness can occur.
