300 hour training immersion • Embodied Living: Dharma | Discipline | Devotion
This training is a pilgrimage into the heart of yoga, offering practitioners and teachers an opportunity to refine their path, recommit to their practice, and reconnect to the sacred. Through the lens of Dharma (purpose), Discipline (practice), and Devotion (heart), we will journey from inner inquiry to embodied expression.
Join me for a life-changing 3-week immersion in the sacred land of Mexico, where we will explore the profound dharma teachings of yoga to integrate these timeless practices into our daily lives. This training is designed for those who seek to deepen their understanding of yoga, not just as a physical practice, but as a way of life.
With over 25 years of teaching and 40 years of meditation practice, I lead from a place of deep devotion to bhakti yoga, guiding you through the rich teachings of yoga’s philosophy, meditation, asana, chanting, theming, and spiritual practice. About the Instructors:
Janet Stone
Janet’s studentship began at 17 under the meditation teachings of Prem Rawat. His reverence for simplicity and finding joy in the rise and fall of life live on in her practice and teaching today. In 1996, she traveled to India, the birthplace of her grandfather, and became dedicated to the path of yoga. Janet blends the alchemy of her own practice with decades of studentship. She aspires not to teach but to allow the practice to emanate from her, letting awareness blend with movement and breath. Based in Bali and San Francisco, she leads immersions, retreats, workshops and more.
