About the Instructors:

Renowned yoga instructor Jasmine Tarkeshi is the co-founder of Laughing Lotus Yoga Centers (New York and San Francisco), and founder of the newly opened Body & Soul Yoga Collective in San Francisco. Beloved by her students worldwide, Jasmine’s classes offer thoughtful and inventive sequencing, soulful music, and physical and emotional intensity with yoga wisdom to create an integrated experience that awaken students courage, compassion, and joy. Guests on the VegNews Vegan Yoga Retreat to Mexico quickly fall in love with Jasmine’s upbeat and passionate teaching, and often seek out her classes and workshops after the retreat.
