Gentle hatha yoga offered each morning, and guided meditation each evening, with journaling. All levels yoga welcome, as we approach each practice with beginner mind. Each practice is intended for your personal healing journey, and all practice is optional.

About the Instructors:
Kristin has been practicing yoga since 1988.
Her teaching is breath based and informed by a range of yoga lineages from Kundalini to Ashtanga.
Expect a well rounded yoga practice exploring all 8 limbs of yoga as instructed in Patanjali’s yoga sutras.
