Embark on a journey back to your highest self with a week of Yoga, rest, and rejuvenation at the magical Haramara Retreat Center in Suyalita, Mexico – led by Julie, Bethany, and Morgan Wallace (co-owners of Bloom Yoga Fitness Studios). Every detail of this Retreat has been thoughtfully designed to help you dissolve stress, nourish your mind and body, and reconnect with your inner light.
Begin each day with an energizing yoga practice in one of the nearby yoga shalas – featuring thatched roofs, handcrafted hardwood floors, and 360-degree views of lush mountainscapes. Breathe in the fresh ocean air as you flow through an uplifting Vinyasa practice with options and modifications offered for all levels of practitioners. Then relax and lay back for a few minutes of guided relaxation and a blissful Savasana. Each morning practice will end with a few words of inspiration and wisdom to fuel your day, along with an optional journaling prompt (complimentary journals will be provided).
Afternoons are completely free for exploring, napping, surfing, journaling, playing, or relaxing. Enjoy three fresh and delicious meals each day – featuring organic, locally sourced ingredients. Take a dip in the cool and refreshing Infinity Pool, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Lounge, nap, read, or journal in your rustic and elegant Cabana. Indulge in a luxurious Massage or Spa Service in the open air wellness center. Or venture out with an optional excursion – including cooking classes, a Temazcal Sweatlodge Ceremony, surfing or SUP lessons, hiking, whale watching, horseback riding, and so much more.
We will end each day back in the Yoga Shala for a mellow evening practice and guided relaxation. As the sun fades from the sky, and the sounds of the jungle awaken, we will slow down and unwind with Yin, Restorative, and / or Gentle Yoga, as well as guided meditation and relaxation.
Your hosts – Julie, Morgan, and Bethany – are a Mother / Daughter team with a collective teaching experience of nearly 30 years, as well as a passion for yogic philosophy and lifestyle. Their welcoming and down-to-earth style offers an inclusive and uplifting environment for all levels of practitioners.

About Your Hosts:
Julie, Bethany, and Morgan Wallace are a Mother / Daughter Team with a collective teaching experience of nearly 25 years. Each of them accredits Yoga for profound healing and transformation within their own lives, and are passionate about sharing the philosophy and teachings of Yoga with others. They are the co-owners of three Holistic Businesses including Bloom Yoga Fitness Studios, Verbena Holistic Center & Spa, and Bloom Holistic Life – all of which are focused on offering quality and innovative holistic services in a warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. As Yoga Instructors, they bring a rich and eclectic background of training and styles to the table.
Julie is trained extensively in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga and received her core training from the prestigious Yoga Vidya Gurukul located in Nasik, India. In addition, Julie holds certifications in Prenatal Yoga and Therapeutic Yoga, and is an experienced Holistic Life Coach with a thriving Coaching practice.
Bethany received her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification through West Hartford Yoga in 2010. In addition, she is a Licensed Massage Therapist with extensive study in anatomy and physiology, and has certifications in both Prenatal Yoga and Restorative Yoga.
Morgan Wallace received her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training through the renowned Kripalu Yoga Center in 2008. She has years of study in Yogic Philosophy and Meditation, and is a heartfelt speaker and instructor.
Together, they share a warm, friendly, relatable, and down-to-earth approach to teaching where all clients can feel safe, comfortable, and welcomed.
