Stillwell Yoga ~ Vinyasa Yoga Retreat

January 23 - 30, 2021

Start the new year with an experience that will transform the way you show up in your life. Experience the off-grid jungle oasis of  the award-winning Haramara retreat center in Sayulita Mexico and rediscover your connection to nature and yourself. Join me for a wonder-filled week of daily yoga practice, quiet spacious meditation, expansive views, immersion in nature, and a golden opportunity to simply “be”.

We will begin each day with a morning meditation and invigorating vinyasa yoga practice that will elevate the spirit and awaken the body.  Enjoy your free time floating in the infinity pool, walking the beach, learning to surf, hiking the jungle or exploring the markets of Sayulita. Do as little or as much as you choose. We will close each day with an afternoon yoga practice surrounded by views of the jungle and the sun sinking behind the sea. Savor delicious gourmet meals from the Haramara kitchen and sip fresh tropical juices and cocktails on the terrace.  Meet new friends and make lasting connections.

For me, going on a yoga retreat is like medicine for my spirit and an essential part of my self-care. I find the experience refreshing, invigorating, and clarifying for my purpose, my priorities and my perspective on my life.  I invite you to join me a journey of self-discovery, joyful living and reconnection to your source.

About the Instructors:

Yoga found me in 1994 while I was studying theater in Orlando Florida. Three years later, while traveling through India, I found my life’s calling. I have studied with some truly amazing instructors over the years including David Swenson, Beryl Bender Birch and Jason Crandall. I began teaching yoga in 1997 in a small art studio in Olympia, Washington and I’ve been practicing and teaching yoga ever since. I am experienced in Iyengar yoga, Ashtanga yoga and Vinyasa yoga. I have a keen eye for postural details, while my heart soars for a good strong flow. I truly enjoy helping people improve their practice. I strive to teach a thoughtful and dynamic class, with emphasis not only on the tangible elements of the practice but also the ways yoga develops our inner and higher selves. Yoga has been an incredibly positive and transformative force in my life and it is my privilege and passion to share it with others.
