About the Instructors:

Ale Befeler
Despite her young age, Ale has been teaching yoga for the last 3 years in Mexico City and she has found in this practice, her passion.
She is certified by the International Yoga Alliance (RYT-500), disciple of great teachers such as: Sri Dharma Mittra, Adriana Cabrera, Gerson Frau and Oscar Velazquez.
In 2018 she founded ANTAH (@WeAreANTAH), a wellness community that holds events on different topics related to integral well-being.
Her yoga lessons are dynamic; she always try to challenge the practitioner to become aware of the union between body, mind and spirit.
