Visualize yourself immersed in nature, relaxed, listening to the crashing of the waves and songs of the birds after a wonderful meditation and yoga session. Imagine the peace and quiet of this beautiful, sunny sanctuary Haramara, a unique eco-resort nestled in pristine tropical jungles beside the Pacific Ocean near Sayulita, Mexico.
This retreat is an opportunity for women to gather for healing, uplifting practices, so we can feel more space inside and tap our inner strength and joy. We invite you to leave your technology and busy life behind for a week, and come breathe, expand and refresh as you rediscover both the depth and the lightness of your being.
Mirabai Warkulwiz, Charu Rachlis, and Kari Marble are so excited to share our inspiration and experience from a combined 55 years of teaching and 10 years of collaboration. We share roots in the traditions of Ashtanga, Iyengar, Integral, Bhakti, Restorative, Therapeutics, and Yoga Philosophy. We teach a deeply heart centered, joyful and compassionate practice to open connection with Self and pave a path to transformation.
