We will have two classes daily:  one in the morning and one prior to dinner.  Plenty of time between classes for a leisurely lunch, nap, swim, town excursion or an adventure of your choosing.

Yoga classes will encompass the totality of what yoga has to offer, from asana to pranayama to meditation, chanting, journalling and more.  Classes will be taught in the tradition of TKV Desikachar, with an emphasis on each person’s needs.  The classes will be specifically tailored to the students present.  Classes are suitable for the beginner as well as the experienced practitioner.

7 nights accommodation, 20+ hours yoga instruction, all meals, all taxes.

About the Instructors:

Paola Feher is the Founder and Director of Bozeman Center for the Healing Arts, based out of Bozeman Montana.  Her love of movement and interest in health and healing led her to a deep study of both.  In 1997 she graduated with a masters degree in biomechanics, and has since continued her studies in the field of yoga and corrective massage.  She is a certified yoga therapist (CIAYT), as well as an ERYT-500 through the Yoga Alliance.  Her speciality is in applying yoga to each individual’s needs, as per the tradition of TKV Desikachar.  Students and practitioners of every level, from novice to longtime practitioners and teachers will enjoy a retreat with Paola.  At home in Montana, Paola works with clients on a one-on-one basis to reduce chronic pain and injury.  She also leads yoga teacher trainings at the 200 and 500 level.  When not working, Paola enjoys the great outdoors:  Hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, and gardening.
