December 7 - 14, 2019
Join Ann for seven days of asana and pranayama, chanting and nature in the jungle paradise of Haramara, a journey sure to awaken you to life and the joy it holds. Calling on the natural beauty of Haramara as a source of inspiration, Ann leads us on loving a journey of the self, from the earthy jungle of our foundation to the infinite heavens of our minds, exploring all the beautiful vistas along the way.
Each day includes an immersive morning practice of deep asana and an afternoon practice of chanting, pranayama and meditation. Afternoons are free for swimming in the warm waters of Haramara’s private beach, exploring volcanic highlands, taking a walk into the quaint town of Sayulita, catching a surf lesson, or taking a siesta! Meals are five-star, healthy gourmet fare, and top-of-the-line spa services are available.

About the Instructors:
Ann Dyer likes a wild body and a civilized mind. She seeks to reconnect her students with the innate pleasure of moving their body and the joy it brings. Her teaching, grounded in her solid beginnings in Iyengar Yoga and a degree in dance, draws on various forms of yoga and non-yogic movement traditions to inspire and free the body, heart, and mind. Renowned for her work in Sound Yoga, Ann often includes chant, breathwork, and meditation in her classes for a complete, integrated practice. Ann teaches advanced teacher trainings and workshops nationally and internationally, has presented at numerous Yoga Journal Conferences, and is the Owner/Director of Mountain Yoga in Oakland. Ann has led yoga retreats internationally for over 17 years.
