About the Instructors:

Alejandra Befeler is a young woman, full of love and energy; a beautiful balance of vitality, calm, joy and heart. In 2013, after suffering a spinal injury, her desire to heal led her to her first yoga practice, where, for the first time she experienced a real connection with her body and with her spirit. Now Ale is a member of the International Yoga Alliance (RYT-500) and guides her students through a profound practice, both physical and spiritual; that seeks to connect with oneself; cultivating patience, acceptance and self love; developing muscular strength; strengthing willpower and helping each one to get closer to his higher self.
