About the Instructors:
A bit about Inga Rouches, founder of River Tree Yoga, RYT. Yoga has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have had many influences of wonderful teachers and have explored lots of yoga styles including Iyengar Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative Yoga,, and Yin Yoga. I have gleaned what works for me and used that in my practice and that is what I encourage my students to do. By exploring different asanas and feeling into your body you will learn to listen to your body – the real teacher. Honor where you are at and let your breath guide you as you dive into your inner world. Who knows what you will discover? I love seeing the evolution of yoga in myself and in others and look forward to sharing the experience of yoga in the beautiful setting of Haramara with you. Together we will meditate, move, breathe, stretch, and strengthen our bodies and minds as we soak in the beauty of the tropical nature. The sounds of the birds, waves, and wind will serve as the background music to our daily practices.
