About the Instructors:
Erin Sharaf helps people reclaim their health, power and vitality through enhancing connection between mind, body, spirit, and nature. A primary care provider for 10 years and former professor of health sciences, Erin is a teacher of mindfulness, life coach, and shamanic practitioner.

Founder of All That Matters Yoga + Holistic Health Center in 1995, Joan Dwyer now guides four thriving studios that provide community, education, and an opportunity for people to explore the many facets of health and wellness. She teaches, consults, and speaks nationwide.

Chiropractor Dr. David Dwyer is a senior teacher of yoga and meditation, which he’s practiced since 1977. His yoga teaching is predominantly informed by his study of the Ashtanga system, his own experience on the yoga mat, and knowledge gained as a doctor of chiropractic.

Jane Bernstein is a writer and life coach whose gift – and joy – is helping people get clear about what they want to express in their lives or in writing.
