CorePower Yoga Retreat

February 2 - February 9, 2019

Immerse yourself in a full week of yoga, meditation and nutritious meals in a sacred space intended to replenish the spirit.  Each day starts with sunrise meditation prior to an invigorating morning yoga class, followed by breakfast. During the day you can chose to explore the nearby town of Sayulita, relax by the pool or beach, treat yourself to a massage or body work (paid separately), attend a workshop or connect with other retreaters.  Take a break from pure bliss and refuel with a nourishing afternoon lunch break, then get back to the task at hand – refueling your soul.  The evening events include a restorative/slow flow yoga class that will leave your body, mind and spirit in perfect alignment.  Watch the sunset over the ocean while enjoying a three-course gourmet dinner prepared by a local chef, using only locally sourced ingredients.  As the day comes to an end; some chose to retreat to their room and relax, while others meet at the pool pavilion for refreshments, board games and conversation.

About the Instructors:

Together, Lindsey and Kyle offer over 20 years of experience in guiding students through a variety of yoga formats.  Each instructor brings their own experience, knowledge and style that will meet the needs of beginner to experienced yogis.  Lindsey will guide students in the morning vinyasa flow, a perfect way to start the day and Kyle will lead the restorative/slow flow classes in the evening to sooth the body and mind.  Both instructors are leaders in the CorePower Yoga community and look forward to extending a warm welcome to anyone interested in joining the retreat.
